General Shipping and Handling (Both United States and International)
- We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours; however, it may take longer depending on volume.
- Order must be shipped to a single address.
- As a precaution, please make sure that all information under shipping is correct prior to finalizing your order.
- We cannot be held responsible for,
- Packages once they are delivered. If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided.
- Any stolen or lost packages that were sent to the wrong address. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. Once your package is accepted by the courier, we are no longer responsible for the package.
- The customer is responsible for any loss incurred due to the destruction of the order by the delivery service in the event of the order being deemed undeliverable by the delivery service.
- Estimated delivery times are for items we have in stock, from the date of shipment, provided no problems occur with your local customs office.
- We reserve the right to change the shipping method at our own discretion and expense. While we ensure that all orders are processed within the specified time frame, any delays incurred during shipping are beyond our control.
United States Shipping
- Orders generally arrive within 5-8 business days but may take up to 10.
- When you check out, you will get a shipping estimate. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.
- If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please contact the carrier.
- International Shipping
- All international orders generally take 12-15 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the facility. Please note that it may take longer than 12-15 business days depending on your customs agency.
- Please note that limited tracking may be available with international shipments.
- Charges do not always occur, however, depending on your country's thresholds for imported goods, you may receive a duties and tax charge.

- If you reject your package or if it is rejected by your local customs agency, we will refund you for the cost of goods *excluding shipping* once we receive the goods back to our fulfillment center.

- *All Domestic (US) and International orders over $100 include FREE shipping. Orders $99.99 & under will have their shipping calculated at checkout as it is determined based on the weight of your order.
